TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.      Conditions of SaleAll products and services are offered subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.  Agreement to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety supersedes any and all other prior communications except when modified by a written agreement signed by an authorised officer of the company or any subsequent revision of these details.

2.      Descriptions and Prices.  We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information we supply is accurate, but due to the variety of sources we cannot guarantee this.  For operational reasons we must also reserve the right to alter these at any time.

3.       Payment. This is required prior to shipment and may be made by Sterling Bankers Draft or PayPal.  Payment may also be made by cheque providing a cheque guarantee card number is supplied.  We do not recommend payment by cash and cannot accept responsibility if cash is sent.

4.       Value Added Tax.  All sales and postage costs to residents of the EC are subject to VAT at the appropriate rates. We are happy to provide VAT receipts providing these are requested at the time of purchase.  Sales to persons outside the EC are not subject to tax and prices will be discussed prior to payment.

5.       Ownership of goods. Will only pass to the customer when we have received fully cleared payment.

6.       Failure to Pay.  Any additional charges that we incur as a result of a failure to pay will be passed on to the customer and on each occasion that a cheque is returned to our bank unpaid we reserve the right to charge £10-00.   We also reserve the right to charge interest at 3% compound per day after 28 days for overdue payments.

7.       Dispatch.  All goods will usually be dispatched within 36 hours of receipt of payments by 'PayPal', cash or postal orders.  Where payment is by personal cheque we must reserve the right to wait until we have confirmation that the payment has cleared.

8.       Address.  When placing an order we recommend that customers give an address where someone will be available all day to take delivery.  We also recommend that customers provide a mobile phone number in case delivery is missed.

9.   Confidentiality. For legal reasons and to help us provide improved services we retain some details of our customers.  This information will be held securely and will only be used by us.

10.    Failed Delivery.  In the event that our agents are unable to deliver they will leave a card.  They may then attempt to deliver on another day.  Our agents will hold any parcel for at least one week and then return it to us.  If this happens we will be subject to additional charges and we reserve the right to hold the goods until all additional costs are paid.

11.    Shortages.  If a claim is to be made for a shortage of delivered goods then we must be notified by phone or email within 48 hours of the time that signature was made for the receipt of the items.

12.    Damaged Parcel. When a parcel is received in this condition it MUST be signed for with the words 'Damaged' and if this is not done we cannot accept any subsequent claims for missing or damaged items.

13.    Non-receipt of Goods. If any item is not received within seven days from payment we must be notified by telephone or email and failure to notify us may result in any subsequent claim being rejected.

14.   Sizes.  Because items are manufactured in bulk we cannot guarantee the described measurements will always be exact, but we do undertake to ensure that all sizes will be as accurate as possible.

15.    Acceptable Returns. We are happy to exchange goods or refund payment for any item providing that it is returned in original packaging and in 'as new' condition so that we can resell the item.  When the customer is not at fault we will reimburse postage costs providing that we have agreed the return method and price.  When a faulty item has been used we reserve the right to first see the item before offering a refund, exchange, credit or repair. 

16.   Unacceptable Returns. Customers may NOT return any Special Offers or discontinued items - ALSO it must be noted that whenever it is necessary we send items in containers that will prevent squashing or distortion and we therefore cannot any returns that are sent in packaging that causes them to arrive 'out of shape' - ALSO any item that has been personalised or made to measure can only be returned when we have made the mistake.

17.   Collections.  When returning goods we can arrange for collection in the UK for an additional fee.

18.   Availability. All items are usually held in stock for immediate dispatch. All made to measure or personalised items may take up to two months to supply.  In the rare situation that items are not available we will notify the customer and if requested we will give a full refund.  We cannot accept any further responsibility for unavailable items.

19.   Use of Goods. All items are supplied on the basis that they will be used in a safe manner and under the instruction of a qualified person.  We cannot be present when items are used and therefore cannot accept any liability for damage to property or injury to persons that result from the use of any equipment we have supplied.

20.   Deliveries outside of the UK Mainland.  All orders from any UK Mainland address are subject to our basic delivery charges - All orders for deliveries to Northern Ireland and most UK Islands may be subject to additional charges.

21.  Deliveries outside the UK.  We want to keep all costs to a minimum and have therefore negotiated very good rates for all deliveries.  The actual charge will vary depending on the size and weight of the container also on the method of delivery (e.g. Airmail, Sea, or Europe by road).  Tell us your requirements and we will give a free quote.

22.   Property rights. The intellectual and legal rights to all of the items and images displayed on this site are either our property or used with the owners permission.  All of these may only be used with the owner's express written permission and any unauthorised use or misuse may be the subject of full legal action.
